Botânica Living is family-run by Filipe and Cristina, together with their son Baltasar, on their own estate in Quinta Grande. The property is immersed in tropical gardens and fragrant trees — the inspiration behind the name. Guests are welcome to use the complimentary Atlantic swimming passes we provide for Fajã dos Padres, accessible by cable car just down the road.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability — just let us know when you book.

Breakfast is not included, but all rooms come with a fully equipped kitchenette so you can keep your own rhythm from the moment you wake up.

We offer free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellations within 5 days are subject to a one-night charge. No-shows are charged in full.

Botânica Living is designed as a peaceful retreat for couples and solo travellers, but families are very welcome — there's no minimum age. We have a baby bed available on request, so just let us know when booking and we'll set it up for you.

Yes, free private parking is available on site for all guests. The property is easily accessible by car, and we can provide directions upon booking.
